📦 Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Production takes 2–5 business days, then shipping takes 3–7 business days within the US. Total: about 5–12 business days. International orders may take 7–14 business days after production.

Is shipping free?

Free standard shipping on all US orders over $49! Orders under $49 ship for a flat $4.99.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently focus on US shipping. International shipping may be available for select countries — shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

How do I track my order?

You'll receive a tracking email once your order ships. You can also visit our Track Your Order page.

🔄 Returns & Exchanges

What's your return policy?

We offer 30-day hassle-free returns. If you're not happy with your order, contact us for an exchange, store credit, or refund. Items must be unworn and unwashed. See full details on our Shipping & Returns page.

Can I exchange for a different size?

Absolutely! Email us at hello@bookaddicthub.com with your order number and the size you need. We'll get you sorted.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Since items are made to order, production starts quickly. Contact us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to accommodate changes.

📏 Sizing & Fit

How do your shirts fit?

Our apparel is unisex and true to size. For an oversized, cozy-reading-nook fit, size up one. Check our Size Chart for detailed measurements.

What sizes do you carry?

We carry S through 3XL in t-shirts and S through 2XL in sweatshirts and hoodies. Every reader deserves a perfect fit!

👕 Products & Quality

What material are your shirts?

Our t-shirts are premium combed cotton (or cotton-poly blend depending on color). Sweatshirts and hoodies are cozy fleece-lined cotton blends. All fabrics are pre-shrunk.

How are the designs printed?

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) printing with eco-friendly, water-based inks. This gives vibrant, detailed prints that won't crack, peel, or fade.

How should I care for my apparel?

Wash inside out in cold water, tumble dry low or hang dry, and avoid bleach or ironing directly on the print. Full details on our Care Instructions page.

🎁 Gifting

Do you offer gift wrapping?

We don't currently offer gift wrapping, but our packaging is clean and presentable. No invoices or pricing info is included in the package — perfect for gifting!
